On Sunday, April 13, 2008, Jim McGrath, Matt Howard and I moved the boat - Ma Lady II - from Ventnor Marine Services in Pasadena, MD to Jim McGrath's dock in TOwn Creek, MD. Trip was about 70 SM miles. We left Ventnor at 1050. Weather was cool (mid 50s) partly cloudy. Chesapeake was reasnable calm with 1 - 2 waves. We headed south at about 26 knots, passed under the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and the went direct to Cove Point and Drum Point. We spent the middle half of the transit at the lower helm station. Boat work well. No issues. We arrived at Jim's, picked up Suzette and went to Spring Cove Marina in Solomons for fuel. Filled up there and returned to Jim's dock. Wind had come up a little and made it a little more challenging to get docked.
