Don
and Pam arrived at 1000 at our house and we went over to Jim's. We had
a short renaming ceremony in honor of renaming the boat from Hideaway
to Nighthawk I. We got underway and cruised to St. Leonard;'s Creek. We
deployed the Zodiac - Nighthawk II - took about 10 minutes. Don and I
went for short run, then picked up Pam, then picked up Suzette. NH-2
planed and cruised great with 4 on board. We recovered NH-2 and cruised
to Sea Breeze for lunch. We departed Sea Breeze and headed down
river. We anchored just off the west bank of the Patuxent near Town
Creek. Suzette fixed a great 4th of July supper. At 2130 we watched
fireworks at Solomons. By 2200 we weighed anchor in a little bit of
wind, and cruised back to Jim's. We tied up and went back to the house
for the evening. Tuesday morning, we had coffee at the house and then
went to Linda's Cafe for breakfast. A nice visit with Don and Pam.
