Back Home
On
Saturday we repositioned the boat to Jim's outer pilings and put NH-2
over the side. Tied her off at Jim's so Walt can pick her up and do
some work on the engine. We departed Jim's at 1120 and cruised to
Cuckhold Creek to pick up Mark and Susan. We cruised Cuckhold and
adjacent creeks. Stopped by and talked with Mickey for a few minutes.
Then we went south on Patuxent and out toward the Chesapeake Bay. Got
to mouth of Patuxent River. Wind was 20 - 25 kts and waves ~ 3'. We
went back through Solomons. The wind continued to increase so we went
back to Jim's and docked. Cleaned up the boat and all (Steve, Suzette,
Mark, Susan, Jim) drove to dinner at Clark's Landing. Great
day.
