On June 20, 2013, Col Jed Faircloth relinquished command of HMX-1 to Col Kevin Wild.
Colonels Faircloth and Wild invited the former COs present to join them in observing pass in review. Col Berube, Col Reynolds, Col Taylor, Col Geier and BGen Glavy joined.

Thursday evening we joined Kevin, Katherine, their family and friends at the Fort Myer Officers' Club for dinner. Very special evening for us.
