On
Saturday - Sunday, Suzette and I cruised to Somers Cove
Marina in Crisfield, MD. We departed Saturday morning. Coming
around Cedar Point, we were able to see the UCLAS unmanned carrier
aircraft making touch and goes to Patuxent River. We arrived in Somers
Cove, docked and then went to Waterman's Inn for
supper, an early celebration of our 32nd anniversary. The cruise home
on Sunday was a little bumpy due to 3' waves from port beam on the
Chesapeake Bay. Otherwise, a great way to spend the weekend.

On our cruise to Somers Cove - we heard chirping coming from the davit.
Two baby birds were nesting in the davit. We were concerned that they
would not survive without their mother. Within minutes of arriving back
at Jim's, mother bird appeared and fed the babies. Next day, they got
their wings and flew off.
